What is Bill Visibility and what is the difference between a Shared bill and a Personal bill?
Bill Visibility determines who can see a bill within your household. Each bill can be set to either Shared or Private. Shared bills are visible to all members of your unit or flat, while Private bills are only visible to you.
Shared bills are household bills that are linked to your unit or flat and are visible to all members of your household by default - such as Electricity, LPG, Broadband, etc.
Personal bills such as Credit Card, Insurance, etc. are private by default and visible only to you (the person who added the bill).
Please note: You can change the visibility of a Shared bill at any time. Personal bills cannot be changed to Shared for data privacy reasons. Only bills marked as Shared are visible to all unit/flat members. Bills marked as Private are only visible to you.
