How do I recharge my prepaid meter?

If your society supports the Prepaid Meter feature, you can recharge your meter directly from the MyGate app.

Steps to recharge

1. Open the MyGate app.

2. Go to the Payments tile under Quick Actions on the Home screen.

   • If you can't find it, tap the Search bar, type Prepaid Meter, and open the feature or you can look for the “Prepaid Meter” tile under Community Actions on the Community tab.

3. Tap on ‘Add Money’, enter the recharge amount and Proceed to Pay

4. Complete the payment using your preferred payment method.

Once the payment is successful, the recharge request will be sent to your electricity meter provider. You can view your updated meter balance in the Prepaid Meter section once the recharge is processed.
