I was on an ad-free plan before, but now I see ads. Why?

This could be because your society has changed its plan or your ad-free plan might have expired. If your society was previously on a paid plan and has now switched to the Free/Basic plan, ads will reappear. For clarification, we recommend checking with your society's management.
