What if I don’t know my cab’s vehicle number while creating Safe Pickup Mode?

Safe Pickup Mode requires the vehicle number to verify the cab at the gate. If you do not know the vehicle number at the time of creating the pre-approval, you can either:

• Wait until the cab is assigned and the vehicle number is available, then create the pre-approval with Safe Pickup Mode, or

• Create a regular cab pre-approval (without Safe Pickup Mode), where the flat number is shared for entry.

Once the vehicle number is available, you can always create a new pre-approval using Safe Pickup Mode for better privacy.
