What is Safe Pickup Mode on Mygate app?

If you are booking a cab and do not want to share your flat number with the driver to create an entry at the gate, you can create a cab pre-approval using Safe Pickup Mode.

In Safe Pickup Mode, you need to enter the vehicle number and create a pre-approval. You can also ask the cab driver to share the last four digits of the vehicle number at the gate for entry, avoiding the need to share your flat number with the driver.

When the cab arrives at the gate, the guard will enter the vehicle number in the guard app, and since it is already pre-approved, the guard will not need to ask for your approval again.

The guard will see that the pickup is for your tower/building, not your flat number, keeping your flat number private.
