How to remove saved cards details on mygate?
For security and control, your saved card details are securely stored by authorized Payment Gateway Aggregators (like Razorpay or Paytm), not within the mygate app.
To remove a saved card, you must directly access the management portal of the respective payment gateway. Follow the steps below based on the aggregator used for your payment:
Deleting Cards Saved on Razorpay
Razorpay provides a direct, secure portal for managing your Flash Checkout details:
Access the Portal: Click on the dedicated Razorpay card management link: https://razorpay.com/flashcheckout/manage/
Verify Your Identity: Log in to the portal using your registered mobile number and the One-Time Password (OTP) sent to you.
Manage and Delete: Once successfully logged in, you will see a list of all your saved cards. Select the card you wish to remove and confirm the deletion.
Deleting Cards Saved on Paytm (Via the App)
If you use the Paytm app, you can manage your saved cards directly through your profile settings:
Step 1: Open the Paytm application.
Step 2: Navigate to your profile and select 'UPI & Payment Settings.'
Step 3: Scroll down the menu and choose 'Saved cards.'
Step 4: Tap the specific card that you intend to remove from your account.
Step 5: Click the option to delete the saved card.
Alternative Method: Through the Merchant Website
You may also be able to delete your details by visiting the merchant's payment or profile section on their website. This process often redirects you to the secure environment of the payment gateway, where you can manage or delete your stored payment instruments.
