How to check the occupancy status of my flat?

Mygate offers owners the flexibility to check and update their occupancy status directly through the application as needed.

To check the flat Occupancy Type, please refer to the following steps:

1. Click on the Settings option in the top right corner of the screen

2. Scroll down to the "Manage Flats" section and click on the flat number   

Note: Only owners of a flat in MyGate can view and update the occupancy status.

If you are registered as a tenant or as an owner’s family, you will not see or be able to modify this option — in such cases, please contact the flat owner or your society admin for any changes.
