I am not able to make payment through UPI.
Sometimes, UPI payments may fail due to temporary disruptions in the UPI network, bank server downtime, or issues with the payment app you are using. These failures are generally not permanent and can usually be resolved by retrying after some time or using an alternate method.
What can you do?
Retry after some time – Temporary network or bank issues often get resolved quickly.
Use an alternate UPI ID – If your primary UPI ID is not working, try another linked ID.
Try a different payment method – You can also use debit/credit cards (except RuPay credit cards via UPI), net banking, or wallets available on the app.
Check your UPI app – Ensure your UPI app is updated and your account is active.
Important Note
Currently, UPI payments made using RuPay credit cards are not supported on MyGate. We recommend using a debit card, net banking, or another supported UPI ID for smooth transactions.
Rest assured, if any amount is deducted during a failed transaction, it will be automatically refunded to your account within 7–8 working days.
