Payment is successful but the society is claiming they have not received the amount yet.

Once you complete a payment, the amount is usually credited to your society’s account on the next working day (T+1).

For example:

  • If you make a payment on Monday, it will reflect in the society’s account by Tuesday.
  • If you make a payment on Friday, it will reflect by Monday (since weekends are excluded).
  • Society admins can cross-verify the credit using the UTR number on the Mygate dashboard and their bank statement.
