I have not received my refund yet.

Refunds are usually processed within 7–8 working days (excluding bank holidays). If any amount was deducted during the payment process, it will be automatically credited back to your account within this time frame.

What to do if you haven’t received the refund

  1. Wait for the processing period

    • Please allow up to 7 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.

  2. Check your bank/UPI account

    • Sometimes refunds are credited but may not appear in recent transactions immediately. Please check your bank account statement.

  3. If still not received after the timeline

    • Raise a support ticket with us for further check.
