I am facing multiple failures while making a payment.

Experiencing repeated payment failures can be frustrating. Payment failures can sometimes happen due to intermittent issues with payment gateways, network connectivity, or bank servers. The following steps usually help resolve the issue:

Troubleshooting Steps

  1. Try a different payment method

    • If UPI fails, try using a debit/credit card or net banking.

    • Switching methods often resolves temporary gateway issues.

  2. Check your internet connection

    • Ensure you have a stable internet connection during the payment process.

  3. Retry after some time

    • At times, the issue may be due to bank downtime or high server load. Retrying after a few minutes may help.

  4. Verify payment success

    • Before retrying, check your bank/UPI app to confirm if the amount has been debited.

    • If debited but not reflected in the app, the amount will usually be auto-reversed by the bank within 3–5 working days.

  5. Contact support if needed

    • If the issue persists or the reversal does not happen, please raise a ticket with the transaction details (screenshot/UTR number).
