My society location on the app is incorrect. How to get this corrected?

The society location shown on the MyGate app is added based on the details provided by your society’s admin during the onboarding or setup process.

If the location is incorrect, please note that MyGate cannot make these changes directly at the request of residents. All such updates must be initiated by the society’s authorized admin.

What to do:

Please contact your society admin or management committee and request them to raise a correction request. The admin can reach out to MyGate’s support team through the Admin Dashboard to update the society's address or location details.
