Guard device provided at the main gate is not working, how to fix it?
Several factors can cause issues with the guard device. Any issues that are technical in nature, resolving guard app or device issues requires coordination between the society management and Mygate support.
To resolve guard app issues:
Contact your society admin: Report the issue to your society management, as they are the first point of contact for any gate device–related concerns.
Admin escalation: The society admin will escalate the issue to their Relationship Manager, who will inspect and troubleshoot the device.
