Guard device provided at the main gate is not working, how to fix it?
Technical issues with the guard app device require coordination between society management and MyGate support.
To resolve guard app issues:
Contact your society admin - Report the problem to your society management first, as they are the primary point of contact for gate device issues
Admin escalation - Your society admin will then reach out to MyGate's technical support team via email on contact@mygate.in or contact the relationship manager to inspect and troubleshoot the device
