I am able to see additional family members under the household section of the app. How are these users added?

Family members can be added to your household through multiple methods within the Mygate system.


Family members are added to your household in the following ways:


Manual addition by household members - You or any existing user in your household can directly add family members through the app


New user registration - When someone registers on Mygate using your flat number and their request gets approved by the society admin, they are automatically added to your household


Removal process - If you want to remove any family member from your household, you need to contact your society admin.


However, you can directly remove members in cases where they are added as children or if their phone number isn't associated with an active MyGate account yet. You cannot remove Owner of a flat (even if you are part of the Owner family)
