I am not able to see a specific entry in the activity section of the app
The activity section has limited data retention for performance and storage reasons.
The activity section only displays entries from the current month and the previous month, giving you access to 2 months of data maximum.
If you're looking for entries older than 2 months, they will no longer be visible in the activity section as the system automatically removes older logs to maintain optimal app performance.
For records beyond this timeframe, you may need to contact your society management or maintain your own records of important activities.
