How to reach out to society management through the MyGate app?
You can view management committee information and contact them through the app by following a specific process to avoid confusion.

Identify the right person - Go to the Resident Directory and find the "Management Committee" section. Here you'll see all committee members with their names and designations (President, Secretary, Treasurer, etc.)
Note the name - Write down or remember the name of the specific committee member you want to contact based on your need
Search for contact details - Go back to the main Resident Directory page and use the search function to look up that person by their exact name
Contact them - Once you find their profile in the search results, you can use the call/message options available in their profile
Alternative: In-person contact - If the app-based contact doesn't work or you prefer direct communication, approach them during society meetings or community events
