Why am I not receiving OTP during login/ sign up?

OTP is a critical part of secure login and sign-up processes. If you're not receiving your OTP via SMS or email, it could be due to several common issues. This article will help you understand the possible reasons and how to resolve them quickly.


1. Check Your Spam/Junk Folders

SMS: Some devices or network providers may filter OTPs into the Spam or Promotions folders in your SMS inbox. Be sure to check those folders.

Email: If you have registered with an email ID, please check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions tab in your email inbox as well.

2. OTP Sent via Email

If you're logging in from an international number, the OTP is not be sent as an SMS. In such cases, the OTP will be sent only to your registered email ID. Please check your inbox.
