The mygate resident app offers a convenient way for you to monitor and review visitor entry logs related to your flat. Whether you're checking past visits, verifying entry times, or maintaining records for reference, mygate provides access to key information right at your fingertips.

Here's What You Can Access:

• You can view the visitor logs for the current month and the previous month directly in the app.
• These logs are available under the “Visitors” or “Daily Help” section, depending on the category of the entry.
• Each log includes details such as the visitor’s name, time of entry and exit, and company details

To view entry and exit logs, follow these steps:

1. Click on View all on mygate app homepage
2. Filter with the dates and entry type to view the desired data

For Older Records:

If you require access to logs that go beyond the last two months, we recommend contacting your society administration team. They will have access to a comprehensive record of visitor entries for up to six months, which can be shared with you on request.
