Why are the visitors still coming to my flat without my approval?

While Mygate enables the approval system for visitor verification, the final authority to allow or deny entry rests with the security guard at the gate. If a guard chooses to let someone in without waiting for your response, or despite a denial, the app cannot prevent it.

Why Visitors May Still Reach Your Door Without Your Consent

If visitors continue to reach your flat even after you've denied their entry via the app or did not receive a notification, it likely means they were manually allowed by the guard.

What You Can Do

In such cases, we recommend the following:

1. Speak to your security guard directly to understand why the visitor was allowed in.
2. Report the incident to your society manager or management committee, who oversee the operation in the society.
