Why I am not able to see any invoice in the society dues page?
In Mygate, when a society generates an invoice for a specific flat or for the entire society, the resident will receive the invoice under the Society Dues section in their Mygate app. However, if you're unable to view any invoices in the Society Dues page, there could be several reasons behind this:
1. Invoice has not been raised by the society management. Society dues section will reflect invoices only if it has been raised by the society admin.
2. If the flat has sufficient advance balance and the society has enabled auto-settlement from advance for the current date or charge date, the invoice will be automatically settled using the advance. A receipt will then be generated for the invoice, which the resident can view under the Society Dues section in the Mygate application.
