We have purchased the premium plan, but it is not being reflected in the application?
If you have successfully purchased the premium plan; however, the upgrade is not reflecting in the application. This could be due to a syncing issue or a delay in processing the update.
Please follow the steps below to fix the issue:
1. Open the Mygate app, click on the profile settings option from the top right corner.
2. Click on the Discover Premium banner.
3. Repeat the purchase process, and the amount will not be debited again.
