Why does the screen buffer when creating a guest pre-approval?

While creating a guest approval request on iOS devices, a screen buffering issue may occur due to contact access permissions. iOS provides users with multiple levels of contact access for apps:


None: If Mygate does not have access to your contacts, it may cause delays or issues while adding a guest. In such cases, you can manually enter the contact details of the person for whom you want to create a guest approval request

Limited Access: You can choose to share specific contacts with Mygate, which may limit the contact list available during guest entry. This restriction can sometimes cause a screen buffering issue. However, you can still proceed by manually entering the guest's contact details. 

Full Access: Mygate will have access to the complete contact list, ensuring a smoother experience when creating guest approval requests.


Ensuring the appropriate contact access level can help prevent screen buffering issues during the process.
