Why I am not able to delete a Family member from my flat?
Mygate enables residents to efficiently manage their family members' profiles. Residents can add or remove family members from their flat profile as per their requirements. This ensures that the society records remain accurate and up-to-date, which is especially important for security, communication, and access management.
Why am I not able to delete a family member?
1. If the flat is rented out to a tenant and the tenant has added family members, the owner will not have access to delete the tenant's family members. This action is only available to the tenant.
2. If the flat is rented out to a tenant, the owner has the ability to delete the tenant's profile.
3. If you are registered as a tenant-family member, you will not have access to delete another family member registered as a tenant.
4. If you are registered as an owner-family member, you will not have access to delete another family member registered as an Owner.
