Why am I unable to edit or delete my vehicle in the mygate app?

Vehicle addition, deletion, and editing in the mygate app are setting-based and depend on permissions enabled by the society admin. If you are unable to modify your vehicle details, it could be due to certain restrictions set by your society.


Possible Reasons & Solutions


Permissions are Disabled: The society admin may have disabled the option for residents to edit or delete vehicles. If this is the case, you will see an error message when clicking on the vehicle card under the Household section.

Error Despite Seeing the Delete Option: If you see the bin icon (delete option) but still cannot delete the vehicle, there may be a technical issue. Take a screenshot of the error message and share it within this chat for further assistance.
