How to check the reason why my payment has failed on the Mygate app?

Experiencing repeated payment failures can be frustrating. Payment failures can happen for a variety of reasons, depending on the payment method used and the specific circumstances of the transaction. Some common errors observed are Bank Server Issues, UPI or Wallet Issues, UPI server downtime and Network Connectivity Issues.


To check the specific reason for your transaction failure, please refer to the following steps:


1. Go to the Community section on the app.

2. Select the Society Dues option.

3. Click on the ⟨₹⟩ option in the top right corner of your screen.

4. Click on the transaction you want to check.
