Why am I not able to add a family member?
Mygate provides an option for the owner and the tenant to add a family member to the mygate application. The resident can enter the name and number and add the family member.
Why am I not able to add a family member?
1. The addition of an Owner's family member or a tenant's family member is a setting-based feature that can be enabled or disabled upon request by the Society Management Committee. If the setting is disabled, then the resident will not have the option to add a family member.
2. If there is an occupancy mismatch in the resident application, like if the owner is currently residing in the flat but the flat occupancy is "Flat is let out," then the owner will not be able to add the family member in their application.
3. If you are registered as a Multi-tenant for the flat, then you will not have the option to add a family member.
