Why I am not receiving notifications of mygate app?

If you are not receiving notifications from the mygate app, it may be due to device settings, app permissions, or network issues. Follow these steps to troubleshoot and resolve the issue easily.


Please follow the steps below:


  1. Open the Mygate App and tap the top right corner of the screen.
  2. Scroll down and click on "Test Now."
  3. The system will automatically check for the necessary permissions and settings.
  4. If any setting check fails, you'll notice it highlighted in red, accompanied by a convenient "Fix Now" button. Please click on "Fix Now" and follow the suggested actions.
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions to enable or disable specific settings/permissions to fix the notification issue.
