Why I am not receiving notifications of mygate app?

If you're not receiving notifications from the mygate app, the issue may be caused by device settings, app permissions, or network connectivity. To resolve this, check your device’s notification settings to ensure they are enabled for the Mygate app. Also, verify that the app has the necessary permissions to send notifications. Follow the detailed troubleshooting steps provided to easily address and fix the issue: 


Please follow the steps below to check the notification settings: 


1. Open the Mygate App and tap the top right corner of the screen.

2. Scroll down and click on "Test Now."

3. The system will automatically check for the necessary permissions and settings.

4. If any setting check fails, you'll notice it highlighted in red, accompanied by a convenient "Fix Now" button. Please click on the "Fix Now" option and follow the suggested actions.

5. Follow the on-screen instructions to enable or disable the necessary settings/permissions to resolve the notification issue. The steps will be customized according to your operating system and device, with the system displaying the appropriate guidance based on your OS.

6. Once all the checks are completed, you will receive a test notification.
