I am not receiving approval notifications on the mygate app
If you are not receiving approval notifications in the application, it may be due to certain device-level settings that are restricting notifications from being delivered to your device.
Please refer to the steps below to resolve this issue for your specific device:
Click on the Settings option located at the top-right corner.
Scroll down and select “Test Now.
The system will automatically check your device-level settings to identify if anything is blocking notifications.
If the issue persists, please click on the Did Not Receive! option to connect with our AI-powered notification bot, which will assist you in resolving the issue.
