How to raise payment intimation on the resident application?
When a resident makes a payment directly to the society's bank via cash, EFT, cheque, or POS, the invoice will not be automatically settled in Mygate. In such cases, the resident can submit a payment intimation through the resident application. The society admin will then review the intimation, manually settle the invoice, and generate a receipt.
Please follow the below steps to create a payment intimation on the Mygate application:
1. Click on the “Community” option from the Home screen.
2. Click on the "Society dues" option.
3. Click the "I have paid" option against the invoice.
4. Select the "date of payment" and the relevant payment mode, such as EFT, cheque, cash, or POS.
5. Click on Submit.
