How can I raise move-in request from the application?

Moving into a new society requires prior approval and coordination with the management team. The Move-In Request feature in the Mygate app simplifies this process by allowing residents to notify society management and request necessary approvals digitally. To use this feature, residents must provide accurate flat and society details, along with the move-in date, upload any required documents, and make any applicable payments before submitting the application.


Please follow the steps below to raise a Move-In request:


1. Click on the Profile settings option in the top right corner of the screen. 

2. Click on "Add Flat/Villa" under the "Manage flat" section. 

3. Enter the Country, City, society name, building, and flat number, then select "Moving In" as flat Occupancy. 

4. Agree to the Move-out rules and select the Move-in date.

5. Upload the documents, complete the payment if any, and click on Submit.
