How can I change my passcode?
The 6-digit access code assigned to your profile is a unique, system-generated passcode that is automatically created when you are added to mygate. If you need to change your passcode, you can do so by deleting your flat from your profile and then adding it back again. This will trigger the generation of a new, unique passcode for you. However, please be aware that once you delete your flat from the profile, all associated details will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
Please note that passcodes are not generated upon request, and users are unable to manually change their passcodes. This process ensures both the security and integrity of the system, as each passcode is designed to be unique to the user and their property.
