Is there any option to delete the review of My daily help?

Currently, the system does not provide an option to delete reviews given to daily help. However, if the service provider is still tagged to your flat, you can edit the reviews. If the service provider is removed from your flat's daily help section, you will no longer be able to edit any reviews previously given.

Please follow the below steps to Edit the review of Daily Help: 

1. Click on the Setting option on the top right corner of the screen

2. Click on "Manage" against the "Household Section"

3. Click on the daily help profile in the My Daily Help section.

4. Click on the "Edit Rating" option.

5. Edit the review and submit.
