How can I get the order ID and my booked service details ?

MyGate offers a feature that allows residents to track the services they have booked on the MyGate application. Residents can view details such as the order ID and the status of service completion for easy monitoring.

Please refer to the below steps to get the order details:

1. Click on the Setting option in the top right corner of the screen.

2. Click on My Orders.

3. You can check the Order ID and Service competition status.
