How to raise Frequent entries for Visitors?

Mygate offers residents the ability to create frequent entry profiles for visitors. Once residents set up frequent entries, they no longer need to manually approve them each time. When the guard enters the visitor details into the app for that particular flat, the entry is automatically approved. The resident will only receive a notification about the visitor's arrival, without the need to approve the entry each time.


Please refer to the following steps to add frequent entries for visitors:


1. Click on the Preapproval option from the Home screen.

2. Click on the "Delivery" option. 

3. Click on "allow once".

4. Select Cab, delivery, or visiting help. 

5. Select the relevant details and company name then click on the tick mark to create. 


         

      


Note: Residents can create multiple pre-approvals each day. However, to enable frequent visitor approvals for a duration of 6 months, residents must upgrade to a premium plan.
