What is frequent entries? How to raise Frequent entries for Guest?

Mygate offers residents the ability to create frequent entry profiles for guests and visitors. Once a resident sets up a frequent entry, they no longer need to manually approve these entries each time. When the guard enters the visitor or guest details into the app for that particular flat, the entry is automatically approved. The resident will only receive a notification about the visitor or guest's arrival, without the need to approve the entry each time.


Please refer to the following steps to add frequent entries for Guests:


1. Click on the Setting option on the top right corner of the screen

2. Click on "Manage" against the "Household Section"

3. Click on add against Frequent guests. 

4. Select the date range and click on Select Guests. 

5. You can choose guests from your contacts or manually add them by entering their names and phone numbers.

6. Click on Create Invite.

7. Your invitation will be sent to the guest through My Passes, residents also can share the invitation QR code and passcode directly with the guest on WhatsApp.
