The Rent a Parking feature in the MyGate app offers a seamless way for residents to rent out their unused parking spaces or find available spots within their community. Whether you’re looking to earn extra income from an idle parking slot or searching for convenient parking within your society, this feature brings transparency, ease, and efficiency to the process — all within the trusted mygate ecosystem.

1. Rent a Spot

Mygate offers a feature that allows residents to search for available parking spaces within the community. Residents can view the available slots, check the pricing for each slot, and make a booking based on their preferences. Once a parking slot is booked, the request will then be received by the resident who has offered the spot. Once it is confirmed, you can start using the parking spot.

If you need a parking space, you can search for available spots within your society by following the below steps:

1. Open the Mygate App.

2. Go to the Community section.

3. Tap on “Rent a Parking”.

4. Select “Rent Spot” and browse the available parking slots.

5. Fill in the required details.

6. Click Submit to send your request.

2. Offer a Spot

Mygate offers a convenient feature that allows residents to rent out their unused parking slots to other residents within the society. If you have an available parking slot, you can list it for rent through the Mygate application. This feature helps residents make the most of their unused parking spots while providing others with a secure and accessible parking solution within the community. 

Please follow these steps to offer your parking slot for rent to other residents of the society in the mygate app:

1. Open the mygate App.

2. Navigate to the Community section.

3. Tap on “Rent a Parking”.

4. Under the Offer Spot option, click on “Create Parking Spot”.

5. Enter the parking name, description, and amount per day if any.

6. Click Submit to list your parking space.
