What are "Community Level Tickets" under the helpdesk section?

As a resident, you can now directly report issues that affect the entire society by raising a "Community Level" ticket on the mygate app's Helpdesk feature. By tagging a ticket as "Community Level," you're making it visible to all society members. This transparency allows for collective discussion, potential solutions, and communication.

This is a setting based feature that is enabled at the request of the society management committee.
