How can I connect with the security guard using the Mygate app?
Resident can connect with the Security guard using the mygate application by following the below steps:
1. Click on the “ Community “ section in the Mygate app.
2. Select the Emergency Numbers.
3. Select the “Security Guard” option.
Note: This is a setting-based feature and can be enabled at the request of the Society Management Committee. Additionally, residents can connect only with active security guards, who are clearly indicated by a green status indicator in the calling option.
