How to add daily help to my flat on mygate app?
In Mygate, residents can easily add daily help such as maids, cooks, drivers, and other household staff through the app. Once added, you’ll receive notifications for every entry and exit of your registered daily help when they enter the society premises. Additionally, you can track their attendance and manage salary payment records directly within the application, providing a convenient and organized way to handle household staff.
Please refer to the following steps to add daily help to your flat:
1. Click on the Settings option in the top right corner of the screen
2. Click on "Manage" against the "Household Section"
3. Click on the add option against the My Daily Help section.
4. Click on the category ( Ex, Maid / Driver / Cook, etc.)
5. Select the daily help profile.
6. Click on the Add to Household option.
Note: Only the daily help profile created by the security guard or the society admin will be visible in this section.
