Why has my payment failed on Mygate app?
Payment failures can happen for a variety of reasons, depending on the payment method used and the specific circumstances of the transaction. These may include issues such as insufficient funds, incorrect payment details, network errors, or issues related to the bank or payment gateway. Additionally, problems like expired payment cards exceeding transaction limits can also contribute to payment failures.
To check the specific reason for transaction failure, please refer to the following steps:
1. Go to the Community section on the app.
2. Select the Society Dues option.
3. Click on the 〈₹〉 option in the top right corner of your screen.
4. Click on the transaction you want to check.
