Why has my payment failed?

Payment failures can stem from a variety of factors, influenced by the chosen payment method and specific circumstances surrounding the transaction.


To check the specific reason for transaction failure please refer to the following steps:

1. Go to Community section on the app

2. Select Society Dues option

3. Click on the ⟨₹⟩ option on the top right corner of your screen

4. Click on the transaction you want to check
