How to I remove a Tenant from the app?

Once a tenant moves out of the flat, the flat owner has the option to remove or delete the tenant’s details from the flat’s records in the Mygate app. This helps ensure that the resident information is up-to-date and reflects only the current occupants. 


Please follow the below-mentioned steps to delete a Tenant from the app:


1. Click on the "Setting" option on the top right corner of the screen

2. Under "My Tenant", click on the Tenant profile

3. Click on the bin icon on the top right side.


    


  


Note: Once the tenant is removed and the owner is residing in the flat, the owner needs to update the flat occupancy status from "Flat is Letout" to "Currently Residing." This update is necessary to access all features and functionalities for the flat.
