MyGate app “approval” is pending. What does this mean?

If you are getting an "Approval Pending" message on the app it means that request you have created is awaiting approval from the Society Management (RWA). Resident user accounts are approved by the Society Management Team or the Facility Manager. Hence you can contact the Facility Manager directly for approval.

If you are facing any delays, please visit the society management office to fast track the process.

Once your account is approved, you will have full access to the app and its features.
