Mygate app “approval” is pending. What does this mean?
If you're seeing an "Approval Pending" message in the app, it means that your request is awaiting approval from the Society Management (RWA). Resident user accounts are approved by the Society Management Team or the Facility Manager. You can directly contact the Facility Manager or society admin for approval. If there are any delays, we recommend visiting the society management office to expedite the process.
Once your account is approved, you will have full access to the app and its features.
