How to add my family members on Mygate ?

Mygate enables both owners and tenants to add family members to their flats. Residents can easily add a family member by entering their name and contact number in the app. Once you add your family member’s phone number they will get registered with us. The family members can also download the app and add themselves to the flat. Society Management will not have to approve the added members since their details were already added by the registered user. 



You can add your family members using the following steps:



1. Select the Settings option on the top right corner of the screen 

2. Click on "Manage" against the "Household Section"

3. Click on the "+Add" option in the "My Family" section

4. Fill in the details of the member to be added and click on the Add option.


    

   


Note: If you don’t see the option to add a family member, it may be restricted by the society admin. In such cases, please contact your society management for further assistance.
