IOS - Two settings to be checked, 

Notifications

1. Go to Settings -> Notifications ->Schedule summary 

2. Check if Schedule summary is “On” or “Off”

3. If Schedule Summary if “Off”, no action is to be taken

4. If Schedule Summary is “On” -> Go to applications listed below and enable Mygate notifications 

Focus 

1. Settings -> Focus 

2. Check if Focus is “On” or “Off”

3. If focus is “Off”, no action 

4. If “On”, scroll to the Allowed Notifications Apps section - Add MyGate
