Why are my Delivery Pre-Approvals not working?

When a visitor arrives at the main gate, the security guard will enter the visitor's details into the guard app. The system will automatically approve entry if the category, vendor name, and entry timeframe match the pre-approval set by the resident.


To prevent any accidental entry, the guard will not be notified of the pre-approval in advance. A visitor will only be allowed entry if all three criteria—company name, entry type, and time—match exactly between the resident's pre-approval request and the guard’s visitor entry.
