Why is the old Owner/tenant’s name still showing on invoice and receipts?

The names appearing in invoice or receipt would be the one updated by your society management committee in the resident register. Since MyGate is just a software platform provider, we don’t have the control to make changes in it. You need to contact your society office to make any changes.
