Why is the old Owner/tenant’s name still showing on invoice and receipts?

The names displayed on the invoice or receipt are based on the details updated by your society management committee in the resident register. If a tenant or owner has moved out, but their information is still listed as the primary owner or tenant in the system, the invoice will reflect their old resident details. Since Mygate is a software platform provider, we do not have the ability to make changes to this information. Please reach out to your society office to update the records.
