I am not receiving approval notifications on the app

Please follow the below mentioned OS specific steps for any approval notification related issue:


  1. Log out from the MyGate app

  2. Long press the MyGate app > App info > Storage > Clear storage and uninstall the app (Please not that doing this will not delete any app data)


  1. Restart your phone, install the app, and log in again. 


  1. Logout from the app 

  2. Go to your phone settings and click on general

  3. Select phone storage and select the MyGate app and click on offload app

  4. Uninstall the app and restart your phone.

  5. Install the app and log in again.
