I am not receiving approval notifications on the app

Notifications are dependent on multiple factors including device settings, os configuration, network connectivity. There is a diagnostic test in the app which can help you find the issue. Please go to profile and go to Security & Notifications. Click on "Not getting notifications?  Test Now". Follow the steps.

 

If the test notification tool doesn't solve the issue, please follow the below mentioned OS specific steps for any approval notification related issue:

Android: 

  1. Log out from the MyGate app

  2. Long press the MyGate app > App info > Storage > Clear storage and uninstall the app (Please not that doing this will not delete any app data)


                  


  1. Restart your phone, install the app, and log in again. 


IOS: 

  1. Logout from the app 

  2. Go to your phone settings and click on general

  3. Select phone storage and select the MyGate app and click on offload app

  4. Uninstall the app and restart your phone.

  5. Install the app and log in again.
