MyGate app “approval” is pending. What does this mean?
Resident User accounts are approved by the Society Management Team or by the Facility Manager of the society. You can contact the Facility Manager directly for approval.
If your facility office has already submitted your phone number and associated flat as part of our resident registration process, then you will receive an approval OTP which will enable you to use the app right away. If we do not have your phone number pre-registered with us, your request comes in an approval queue. Once it is validated that you are an authorized resident of the flat and the society, your request is approved and you will get an OTP to proceed further. It may take 1-2 days in the manual approval process.
