What is the benefit of updating location and custodian for an asset/inventory?

When the location for an asset/inventory is updated, it becomes easier to track where that asset/inventory is being utilised. Additionally, tagging the custodian will help to determine who is in charge of a specific asset/inventory. To tag the custodian under asset & inventory, the custodian needs to be added as a staff by going to People Hub --> Key Personnels.
